Christmas Trip

After driving over 1200 miles, we saw family in Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Iowa over the last week. Below are some pictures from the trip.

Last night Ella started wrapping presents for her family. We'll be leaving Monday and look forward to seeing everyone!

While we were down in San Antonio, great-grandma and great-grandpa also came down to visit. The extra attention kept Ella out of trouble!

Sea World

While we were at Sea World, Ella got her picture taken with an alligator.

San Antonio Zoo

On our first day, Grandma and Grandpa took us to the zoo. The first animals Ella saw were the flamingos, but her favorite was the jaguar. She showed the same excitement she shows whenever she sees a cat :)

Trip to San Antonio!

We made our trip to San Antonio last week to visit Jamie's parents. As you can see from the pictures below, Ella was excited to go!

Vacation Day with Dad

Dad took a vacation day with Ella and the kitties on Friday. The highlight of the day was our afternoon snack -- GREEN BEANS! While we were enjoying our snack, Jaeger helped clean up the leftovers on the counter.

Hayride

Last weekend, Ella came along to a hayride that we helped coordinate as part of the Junior Youth Group at our church. It was her first chance to get bundled up in her snowsuit.

Grandma and Grandpa Thomas Babysitting

Grandma and Grandpa Thomas came up to babysit Ella for a few hours yesterday. They played, ate some sweet potatoes, and, as you can see by the last picture, took a nap.

6 Months Old

Ella celebrated her 6-month birthday by getting everyone in the family sick. She had her 6-month check-up on Friday and played sick to get out of her shots. Over the weekend she got her mom sick, and now her dad is sick too. Below is a picture of her new high chair that grandma and grandpa got her. She likes to sit in it because she's a big girl!
